Bruni's Website

Here is a brief history of myself Bruni (short for Brunhilde, meaning Battle
armor, it was used in the olden time in the epic 'Niebelungenlied'). I was born in
the mid 30's in Germany . Already in grade school one of my teachers recognized
my talent and gave me afterschool lessons which was very special in after-war
Germany. (There were very few resources for the arts). In 1966 I came to Canada
with my Husband and two sons. We raised 3 sons and I had very little time for
painting. Once in a while the urge would strike and I would paint. Most of those
pictures did not take very long and they were sold. After the kids left the house I
took several courses in Acrylic but one of them at "Wendy's school of art" in tole
painting really interested me ever since. I do Acrylic's in all sizes and created
many special variations in tole painting.
